Edmund Services, a distinguished figure in luxury facilities management, has revealed an elegant and refined new look as part of its ongoing growth and expansion strategy. Collaborating with the renowned family-run luxury design and branding agency, Jensen & Jensen, the refreshed brand initiative aimed to position Edmund Services as a clear leader in its category.
The Challenge:
- Develop a Quality and Recognisable Visual Identity:
Edmund Services possessed existing brand equity across fleets, portals, and marketing collateral. The challenge was to create a visual identity reflecting their three core pillars: Experience, Quality, and Prestige. - Build a Functional Website:
The previous site was outdated and challenging to maintain. The aim was to empower ESL to update case studies seamlessly. The new site, with custom animation and illustration, offered a seamless experience on both mobile and desktop. - Building Extensive Branded Collateral:
Creating a suite of collateral pieces, from social media templates to deck reports, using bespoke iconography and assets for ease of use by internal ESL marketing staff.
The Strategy:
Beginning with in-depth listening sessions and working closely with CEO Liam O'Donoghue and his team, Jensen & Jensen aimed to understand the business at its core. Recognising that ESL was already adept at winning new clients, the focus shifted to ensuring the brand reflected their status as a leader in luxury property and facilities management. Repositioning of service priority was demonstrated through channel creation on social media and websites.
